• If you are running into cart and checkout issues please clear your cache and cookies for your web browser and attempt again. If this does not work, it is advised to try using another browser. Our websites run best on Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

• If you are encountering issues while logging into your account please select the 'reset my password' option on the login screen. 

• Here are a few tips to make your visit to our website as enjoyable as possible:

  • Clicking "Home" at any time will take you back to our main welcome page. For our contact information (phone, address, etc.), please click the "Contact" button.

  • If you are trying to request a stipend please contact your supervisor to have them submit the stipend request through our website, the stipend request form is for HSA use only.

  • Click "View Cart" at any time to review the items in your cart.  Don't forget that you have to check out by clicking "Check Out" in order for your cart to be sent to us.  All of your personal information (including credit card information) will be submitted using industry-standard SSL encryption.

  • Your browser must support frames and cookies in order to use all areas of our site.
