Return Policy for GEO Group
At Seacoast Uniforms, we are committed to providing high-quality uniforms and exceptional service to GEO Group. To ensure clarity and consistency, the following return policy outlines our process and guidelines:
• Decorated uniforms, including those with embroidery or customization, are non-returnable.
• Only undecorated tops and pants are eligible for exchange.
• Notification of intent to exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and free from damage, and items must have tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges initiated after the 30-day window are not eligible for processing.
• This policy applies exclusively to undecorated uniforms; decorated items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Items not meeting the eligibility criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error or defect. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for blank items.
Return requests must be submitted by the employee's business manager/admin.
